Established by an Irish/Australian couple in 2016, Keltic started out life with four second-hand traffic lights a few signs and two dozen cones.
While working for a civils company we found that we were constantly being let down by our TM suppliers. They were late to site, didn`t have the correct equipment, sleeping in their vans or not even turning up at all !!!
We knew we could do a better job !!!
Due to persistence, reliability, and an absolute resoluteness to do the best by their customers, Keltic has grown rapidly through word of mouth. As of 2022 we are now completing over 300 jobs a week for some of the largest and most successful Civils, Utility and Telecommunications companies in the country, including dozens of SME`s including tree surgeons, film companies, sports clubs and many more.

We act as an integral part of your supply chain, working with you to create and implement custom road traffic management schemes.
Our team of Project Administrators and CAD technicians work in conjunction with every customer to co-ordinate safe, efficient project delivery. By gaining as much detail about your works during the initial stages of enquiry, we create custom traffic management packages tailored to your needs. Furthermore, we take you through the entire process, from the initial request right through to installation. Alternatively, we can manage just one aspect of your project, for example equipment hire or permit and licence applications.
Safety is at the heart of what we do, and our skilled team are regularly trained to meet our stringent health and safety policies, giving you reassurance, you are in safe hands.
We provide all temporary road traffic management systems including road closures, lane closures, diversions, contraflow, Stop & Go, temporary pedestrian crossings, temporary signage, temporary traffic light systems (from 2 up to 8 way or double headed lights), advance warning signage and letter drops. Our Design and Consultancy service produces traffic management plans using the latest CAD technology, E-ton notices, permit and licence applications plus 24/7 support.

Our safety standard is well recognised within our industry, fully SSIP accredited under ISO 9001 accreditation. We are Constructionline Gold Standard & Achilles audited with a 99% rating on site safety.
Targets
KPI targets are a way of life and we set our own, we continually review and update our clients on our performance. Our sites are audited, to ensure they comply with the New Roads and Street Work’s Act 1991 and all health and safety legislation.
